Working with this company was the biggest mistake I have ever made and, as a person who shops on the Internet a whole lot, it is saying volumes when I tell you this has been the worst Internet experience I have ever had. I ordered about 40 items from NetDropShipper.com (which I had sold on eBay).

More than half of them had to be cancelled because about two weeks after paying for them, NetDropShipper.com emailed me to tell me that the items were on backorder and wouldn't be able for shipment for another two weeks (Note: this wouldn't have been a big deal if they had told me the day, or day after, I bought the items). About five of the items were listed as "shipped" with FedEx tracking numbers and everything.

About two weeks later, after I had told my customers that the items were on their way, I come to find out that NDS had sent information to FedEx, but had never handed the items over.

They finally emailed me and said the items were no longer being carried (Note: again, would not have been a big deal, except they took nearly a month to tell me this). Then one item was shipped without an accessory (it was finally delivered more than a month later). Another item listed as new was delivered in obviously used condition (PSP with scratches on the screen and games wihout boxes).

Then an item listed as "refurbished" was delivered broken. The customer described it as: "Trash I wouldn't even give to charity." So, she returned the item, and I got a refund, but they did not refund the shipping cost or the drop shipping fee. Then there was the item that was delivered in working condition, but wasn't the model described in their ad. And, by the way, when they "refunded" my money, the actually gave me store credit.

It took six Better Business Bureau claims to finally get all the money refunded to my credit card. When I first looked them up on the BBB, they had an "A" rating. Now they have an "F". I like to think that I had at least some small part in making that happen. I know you're probably reading this (like I did) and are thinking, "Well, it won't be like that for me." Believe me, it will be.

If you have sold something using NetDropShipper.com, cancel your orders, refund your customers and say, "I'm sorry, but it's better this way." I had a 100 percent eBay feedback rating (after more than 290 transactions) before I started using NDS, and because of them and them alone, I now have 5 negative feedbacks and three neutrals. I can't use my PayPal account because of all the claims I had against me.

I'm still dealing with people and their items. NetDropShipp.com is just NOT A GOOD IDEA. Consider yourself warned.

That's what drop shipping is...

If you have a reputable company, the system works fine. It's when you find somebody like NetDropShipper.com that you get into trouble. In retrospect, yes, drop shipping wasn't a good idea. But the fact remains that I paid for the items I sold on eBay and NDS.com legally did not keep its part of the bargain.

Why are you selling items that you don't even have in your possession yet?

Refund, kind of...

NetDropShipper.com emailed me the other day saying they were going to give me a refund. BUT (because with this company there is always a but) they didn't give it all back. It was an item I bought for $218; they refunded $160. The item was received by my customer on Dec. 6. It was returned to NetDropShipper.com on Dec. 29 because it wasn't the right item. But, the math wizards over there said it had been longer than the 30 days allowed for returns. And they said I hadn't asked for an RMA, which I had and which was printed on the outside of the box. So I got the 20 percent restocking fee subtracted from the total. That is not to mention the $25 I have to refund my customer on top of everything else for him having paid to ship it back to them. It's like just when you think they can't be any worse, they are. Seriously, if anyone is actually thinking about suing these people, please contact me. There is nothing I would like to do more.
