Netdropshipper - Terrible Service, Old, Used Items - RIPOFFS They don't answer e-mails. They advertise items - take your money then says its out of stock. They provide you with items that are used, old, scractched up and not working. The items are banded with rubber bands and scotch tape... The manuals are photo copied. They send you wrong items..Then they tell you no refunds only credit . So your funds are tied up... Los Angeles California
I placed three orders with them
For order no. 1 - they could not provide accurate tracking info and told me it was my problem to find the package. Yes I know they dropship for customers or so they claim.
Order no. 2 - they sent part of the order - said items out of stock, encouraged me to pay for it first, still to this days have the item as in stock on their website. They make you pay for stuff that is non-existent. The items they did send was old, used, discolored, scratched up, non-working, banded with RUBBER BANDS.
Order no. 3 - unable once again to provide accurate tracking. Items old, non-working.
PLEASE RETHINK YOUR DECISION TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BUT THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT IS. YOU WILL BE LUCKY EVEN TO GET AN E-MAIL TO RESOLVE ANYTHING AND IF YOU DO GET ONE IT EXPLAINS NOTHING. IT IS CLEAR THAT A BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED PEOPLE RUN THIS SINCE THEY CANNOT SPELL SIMPLE WORDS. ALL I WANT IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGES REVERSED AND TO HAVE NOTHING MORE TO DO WITH THEM. THEY ARE FREE TO PICK UP THE GARBAGE THEY SHIPPED. I HAVE ALREADY CONSULTED A LAWYER.
