The Neteller e-wallet service is an absolute sham. I won $4000 on a bingo site. I was told Neteller was the only option in my country to be able to cash out. Months earlier I had sent them repeated emails to attempt to have my account upgraded. Despite this no response was ever given. These funds are frozen apparently until I "verify" my identity. Is a passport, drivers licence, medical insurance card and bank statement not enough identification. You send email after to these people they keep saying it does not meet their "requirements". You lodge a complaint, still nothing gets done, you talk to their "customer support" no one wants to take any responsibility. It's always pass the buck. I have done everything humanly possible to appease these people all to no avail. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace and the worst you could come across. I simply want my funds, by having them "frozen" is tantamount to theft in my book. Avoid Neteller at all costs.

The issue has been resolved after countless emails and contacting customer support numerous times. It seems you really need to push and push very hard to get things done.
