netflix.com. withdrawal of funds from my account, los gatos california
i checked my bank statement and netflix.com.los gatos ca has taken 15.39 from my account.i contacted netflix through my netflix app and as far as they are concerned i closed my account with them 8 months ago in april.....how does this happen ?and what do i do ?
