Netflix doesn't deliver! ripoff Internet

Fairly simple stuff here. I subscribed to Netflix six weeks sgo, gave them my credit card number, and ordered three films. I waited two weeks and the films had still not arrived. I went to the Netflix website. They are one of those companies that doesn't like to be bothered with icky stuff like customer service. There was just a list of choices to make as to what you wished to communicate. I checked "Movies did not arrive" or some such bull, and logged off.

Two weeks passed, I still had no movies and no communication whatsoever from Netflix.

When I went online to cancel, I noticed I had been charged $9.95.

Netflix is apparently a ripoff company, but I would suggest their stock be a strong buy. There seems to be all income and no outflow to their business!.
