they sent me an email that made it look like you could hook up all these different devices to your router to stream movies to your TV at no additional charge ... i go out and tell the family the good news like, "hey guys check this out; we can use the xbox360 to watch netflix on TV for no additional charge" ... they're all happy ... then i do some clicking to get it going, and it turns out i need to buy a "Netflix Unlimited Account", plus an "Xbox360 Live Gold Account" ... so there is your "False Advertising" plus a huge waste of my time, and the fact that they made me look like a fool in front of my whole family, not to mention the fact that they never responded to my complaint about it.

EVERYONE knows there is a catch in things. This is not a rip-off at all. It clearly states what you need to have...even before you sign up for it. you really were not fully charged for anything..so calm down buddy
