Been a customer of Netflix.com for years. They are committing fraud. They claim to have thousands and thousands of movies. I have numerous movies in my Queue. Today I was sent disc Two of a concert. Disc one was available when I added it, but then Netflix moved it to my saved Queue. They sent disc two and 1 in not available. How does that make sense? There are about 40 movies in my saved Queue. This is fraud and horrible service. It is dishonest and FRAUD to claim that you have all these movies when a huge majority are not available. I pay my fees every month. I have contacted Reed Hastings the CEO numerous times. He never responds. He is fine with lying and committing fraud. Metflix needs to remove movies from it's catalong and Library if they are not available. If I had a business that ran this way and committed fraud, I would be prosecuted. Reed Hastings and Netflix are liars and continue to committ fraud and rip people off. Having movies that Netflix knows are not available and probably will never be available , but letting customers add them to their QUEUE is FRAUD, dishonest, and wrong. Netflix needs to change this. Reed Hastings , CEO needs to fix this.

TYG-USA you relpy to reports on here you know nothing about. Who is the idiot? It is Fraud when a Business claims to have products for consumer use or veiwing and does not have them available. Do your homework you moron. The California Attorney General's Office has sued Netflix numerous times. Read their Better Business Bureau report. Better yet, Get a life. You clearly have no life or you would mind your own business and stop commenting on reports that have nothing to do with you. You are pathetic and I feel sorry for wasted lives like yours.

I see TYG-USA is still commenting on reports he knows nothing about and are none of his business, as he is still a registered Sex offender on House arrest. TYG-USA needs to get a life, mind his own business and stop commenting on every report posted. I stand by my original report. It is accurate and factual. TYG-USA , should you not be looking for your next child to abuse? Or just realize that other customers want to view what YOU want to view and THEY havent returned it yet. If the disc in question is NOT a hot renter they are only going to have a few copies. Much like YOU have your list so do other customers. YOU have to wait your turn. That is all the issue is. YOU dont want to wait!! Get over yourself princess!!!Have a bit more patience and understanding and DROP that self-entitlment attitude. Just because YOU PAY YOUR BILL doesnt mean that THEY are going to shaft another customer in favor of YOU!!! Remember there ARE other people in this world!!!There ARE other customers who have requested the disc YOU want to view!!! We live in a world of "lines". You wait in line to pay for your grocieries, WHY do you have such a hard time WAITING IN LINE for YOUR TURN to view the disc?? Its NOT FRUAD!!! Its YOU being a self entitled idjit!!
