Netflix rip-off! Fraudulent billing! Internet
I subscribed to a 30 day free trial. They billed me after 14 days. To fix the problem they insist on the promotion code. Of course, I do not rember the promotion code.
Everytime I send them an email they ask for the same information. I finally asked for a phone number. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I gave up waiting.
