NETFLIX ripoff, faulty DVDs, No refund or partial refund, over priced Internet

The first three weeks netflix was OK but I wouldn't say great! After that I started getting damaged DVDs that I couldn't even watch because my DVD player wouldn't play them! They started taking longer and longer to mail, they won't give a refund or a partial refund! They can give all the rebuttals they want but the truth is the truth and as time goes on they will loose more and more customers. They don't have anything on (((REDACTED))). (((REDACTED))) has been around a lot longer and I'm sure (((REDACTED))) along with other movie rental businesses will be here long after netflix is gone! That's just the way business works! You don't wrong your customers!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
