Netflix Charged my debit card while account was linked to T-Mobile Los gatos Ca

I have a Netflix account that is linked to T-Mobile, where they charge me $5 and cover the Neflix account. It has been this way for at least 18 months. 

Netflix refuses to refund me and would rather I dispute charges with my bank, knowing a bank dispute will  only go back 180 days and would rather keep money they didnt earn.
