I bought a NETGEAR WPN824 wireless router and it quit working after about 3 months so I called their tech support and had to pay shipping cost to send the defective one to them and pay shipping again to have a replacement sent back to me I let the NETGEAR tech know that I think I got ripped off why should I have to pay fore shipping for the defective router and the replacement she said that is the NETGEAR policy I let them know that it is a RIPPOFF so she retaliated by giving FEDEX the wrong shipping address and I still do not have the router that I payed over $60.00 for I will get this message out to everyone I can if you get a product from NETGEAR you are taking a chance on getting RIPPEDOFF!Does this company know that ripping off buyers of there products WILL cost them more in lost future sales then the cost of shipping that's basic economics.
