Complaint Review: Netgear Rebates

Netgear Rebates Submitted rebate forms for two rebates. Netgear Rebates never paid the second, even after submitting forms three times. Internet

In October 2007, I sent in rebate forms for two Netgear products (identical hubs). Netgear Rebates sent me a rebate check for the first one, but not the second.

In subsequent calls and emails to Netgear Rebates, I talked to multiple service representatives and service managers and got the same line: fax in copies of the forms and they'll process them. After faxing the forms in November I never heard anything from them. When I called and faxed them in again in January 2008, I also never heard back from them. Finally, when I sent in another query via email, they told me they could not find any forms and that the promotion had expired. Sorry.

I can't believe this is just incompetence. This is fraud if I've ever seen it.
