Netgearhead I bought a item off of Ebay and sent payment but never recieved the item Was told I would get a refund but never received it to this day California
I bought some hedman headers 351w on Ebay back in June of 2003.
After I sent my payment of 174.00 I recieved a electronic reciept acknowledging my order.
It stated my order would be shipped within 48 hours. After not hearing from them for a month I called and kept getting recordings about how they were reorganizing. I spoke to one of the guys and he told me I could just get a refund instead at that time so I agreed.
Well July and August came and I was told it would be a couple of weeks for my refund of 174.00. They always went over my order with me and knew what was going on. Then September and October and December came with just recordings and I lost all contact with Netgearhead.
It is now Feb. 2004 and I just get messages that the phone lines are down and being worked on. I still am waiting for my refund 9 months after this nightmare began.
