In order to recieve a free ipod I signed up for one free month of netmarketing. Within two weeks I called and cancelled my subscription. The lady told me that my account was cancelled but that I would be able to access my account for the remainder of the month to make sure that i didn't want to be a member. I went out of the country for a year of study abroad, and when I came back I found out that netmarketing had continued to bill me 7.99 a month. I called again and spoke to Henry who offered all kinds of strange deals, like 200$ to spend on the goods they offer, etc. I told him again and again I wasn't interested. It took me over half an hour to get a cancellation number and the 7.99 for that month refunded. However, I still don't believe that they are being honest. I'm going to check my account statement tomorrow, call, and demand more money back. Netmarketing is completely fraudulent, they charge you for services that you don't want or use, they interrupt you and try to sell you on their service when you're already determined to get a refund, don't trust them, fight for your money back.
