I signed up with NetQuote to obtain insurance leads. I left my insurance job 60 days ago. I cancelled my account with Netquote during my 90 days with them. I emailed and phoned them a couple of times, saying I was leaving the insurance business. netquote withdrew $51.00 out of my account. I called them several times to resolve this issue of being out of the insurance business. They said they sent me an company email. I said I was gone. I did not receive any emails because my agency with the insurance co. was terminated, voluntarily.

Finally, I was able to speak to a supervisor, T___, to resolve the issue. I was not going anywhere with T___. (This person couldn't work for me for 1 minute, worst attitude! If did what T___ did I would have lost my insurance licensure in Michigan and spent time in jail!) But they felt by saying that they would forgive the remainder of the new invoice of $21.00. If they see it for the $21.00, why not for the $51.00? They will not get their $21.00 if they want to because I receive a new account number and card.

I will report this also to the Denver BBB and the State Attorney's Office.
