Complaint Review: Netreputation

I am writing this post to share my unfortunate experience with NetReputation in the hopes of sparing others from similar disappointment. I had high hopes when I engaged their services, expecting professional assistance in managing my online reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to warn others before they consider using this company.

From the onset, NetReputation's communication was sporadic and unprofessional. It took days, sometimes weeks, to get responses to my inquiries, leaving me in the dark about the status of my project. When they did respond, their answers were often vague and unhelpful, lacking the clarity and detail one would expect from a professional service.

The quality of their work was also subpar. Despite their promises of comprehensive and effective reputation management strategies, I saw little to no improvement in my online presence. The content they produced was generic and did not reflect the personal touch they had assured me. Moreover, their SEO strategies were outdated and ineffective, failing to boost my search engine rankings as promised.

What was most disappointing was the lack of transparency regarding their progress. Despite multiple requests for detailed reports, I received only superficial updates that did not justify the considerable fees I was paying. It became evident that their priority was securing my payment rather than delivering on their commitments. Additionally, they only care about their own reputation but not about helping their clients with their issues. 

Ultimately, I terminated my contract with NetReputation due to their unprofessionalism and the ineffectiveness of their services. I have since found a more reputable and reliable company that has delivered significant improvements in a short period. However my money was never refunded.

In conclusion, I urge anyone considering NetReputation to think twice before investing their time and money. My experience was a waste of both, and I hope others can avoid the same fate. There are many other companies out there that offer far superior services with professionalism and integrity—qualities that NetReputation sorely lacks.

They pretend to erase the search results and put it back up once they receive money. Additionally, their sales department is extremely pushy and aggressive blowing up your phone and email and that should had been a red flag. The billing department will try to extract more money from you for doing nothing.  Once they receive their payment despite the work being completed or satifisfactory they will ignore you, if they reply it will all be lies anyway to string you along for the ride. In the end, nothing was accomplished. They actually made a stressful situation even more worst with their deceptive business practices and lies. I could have spent the money on something else or paid another agency to perform the same tasks. They lack the skills to undertake such things and there is no regulation in this industry.
