Bought some Juicy Couture sunglasses for $125. After receiving I realized they were to big for my face. I read the return requirements on their website and the same day I requested an RMA #. I got no response for a week. I emailed them again and asked if they would send me the RMA so that I can return the glasses. It took them 2 more days to get that to me. I paid to have the glasses overnighted back to Netshades as to receive my refund faster. Yeah right!! Wish I would of read all the awful reviews on this company because now they won't give my money back and they won't respond to emails. Not only do they have the product I paid for but they also have my $120. They refuse to give a phone number! I guess I probably wouldn't give a number out either if I had such horrible services and was stealing from customers. To this day I have sent over 10 emails to them in a months time and got responses maybe 3 times saying someone will respond to me and then nobody responds. Awful customer service. This company should be closed down. I'm thinking of filing lawsuit! I don't think they realize that it will cost them a lot more than the cost of my refund if we go the court route.
