Downloaded the product after using the trial version. The key they provided me with is invalid.
Contacted them via phone and customer support recording says that the mailbox is full.
Called their billing department and the number has been disconnected.
Emailed the helpdesk and have yet to hear back from them.
They have a VERY bad record at the BBB where they are listed as Emailsmartz.
THEY OFFER ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS - I didn't even receive the product.
Do not get taken by this (possibly non-existant) company.
