Netspan Group Postal jobs Netspan Claimed to have the enrollment information and pre-test date and location to work for the U.S post office. Internet
I paid $120.00 (by creditcard) for an "Enrollment Package" which included a pre-test, and the actual testing date and location so I could be employed at the U.S. post office on Sept.11,2009( a.m) and called the same day Sept.11,2009 (p.m.) to CANCEL the order... I was told It would cancel and NO payment would be processed.
I then recived the packet on Sept. 18,2009 and then revied my credit card transactions and discovered the they had charged $ 120.00 PLUS an additional $19.95 for processing fess ( I was noever told about these fees) .
I then called on Sept 18, 2009 and got a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" #93106 IN ORDER TO BE REFUNDED AND THEN SENT THE PACKAGE BACK TO THEM ( with the same exact packaging lables inside)
I called and left messages on a countinous basis , spoke to Mgr. Datsun, Madison, Tamika and Kendra. I was told my refund is in process and have never recived ANYTHING to this date. Now the number I called (800-914-1197) is disconnected and the webpage is closed. I am very FRUSTATED, and ANGRY to hear of this happening.
