netspend AKA NetSpend Corporation with held my funds blocked my account and violated their own terms and conditions Internet

I had direct deposit enrollment and everything was fine until i traveled to a foreign country and had my card blocked i contacted customer service and they requested personal information to be sent, ehich i did, after that they still haven't released my funds
