NetSpend and walmart.com Walmart , Walmart.com & Netspend Metabank Allowed a fraduglent charge to be paid even after they were advised the charge was fraud before they paid it Austin Texas

I wen shoping at my local walmart, and used there atm machine there made three tranactions all pin based , bought some groceries pin based.  The next moroing i got up to find that someone at 525AM used my netspend prepaid visa card on walmart.com for 41.61  charged showed walmart.com benton ark all in caps.  notifed netspend/metabank  and told them the charge was fraduglent and sent them that notice hrs after the charge was made.  Netspend left the charge pending on my account.  I told them in several emails that the chrage was fraud fraud fraud.  bearing in mind that netspend has this fraduglent information and notice given to them merly a few hrs after the charge was made  netspend refused to stop hold block he charge so it could be investigated before it was paid in other words verify the charge with walmart before you release the fund to walmart. Netspend flat refused and contact with nestspend regarding my eurgent notices to them were ingored by netspend customer service.  I called the local walmart i had shopped at the day before this all happened and asked for security spoke the gentlemen there concering the charge he located all the days tranactions and located mine  all debit pin based the ones that were legit the the fraduglent one he could not find and had no record of.   I belive that its a inside job by a walmart employee or a theif in walmart possibly using a irf credit card reader on people while there at the walmart ATM machine that offer all there services in there on emachine ATm money orders ect, I did report to walmart security that when i was using the walmart atm machine there was a older looking gentlemen in line but he kept invading my person space from behind me as i was using th emachine ire trying to see what i was doing on the ATM lloking over my shoulder he did the entire thimeuntil i turned and gave him that look  and he backed off walmart did not do crap they could pull that tape up and look at it and the guy as i right there in the customer service counter area.  credit card skimmers and scanners are a tool thiefs use to get identity and card credit card information merly by bening close enought to you the scanner can read and obtain all the information on the credit card strip all this was reported to walmart security what answer did i get back from walmart Local and walmart corp nothing blew me off.   I then finaly call walmart corporate offices and get esculations for there walmart.com section spoke to a lady named Lydia  after explaning then matter to her she ran a search in the walmart.com com system  using my CC information exop date ect amount the charge was for  and  aftera complete search she states there are no charges what so ever in our system for you and or your credit card with those number and exp date. So holy crap right.  i gather all her contact information and call netspend  and finaly get someone on the phone  explain all this now this is the same day as well as the next day also i had spoken to Netspend **** Netspends answer to all the legit information i gave them even the walmart coporate employee name her number   they still blew me off  so i send emails to netspend informating them im going to the police and o line to file a BBB comlaint and FTC complaint  which i have done. the next day  (( the next day they decide to answer me in a email dear sucker we cancled and blocked you card and sent out a new card this is 2 days after !!!  they blocked my card but they also locked me out of my netspend profile that contains address and pohne email pin number ect  they did not talk to me at all before they did or sendin gout a new card  and they sent it to the wrong address I at at my winter location in a differnt state when this occured  so here we go again  sent a replacement card to the wrong address , here i go again talking to Netspend customer joke service  talking and getting no where with them  i tehn get a call finaly from netspend customer service  telling me the replacement card was sent out  i yelled at them  you sent it to the wrong address and i told her i had sent several email notify them of that and that my online profile was locked out so i could not chage the address ect on my profile.   After arguning with the stupid Netspend girl on th ephine that just kept showing this script she was reading on her screen and refusing to listen ,  I got hold of Netpend corpotate offices only one line  not the phone becase they dont want you to access to there copotate officers information and while i am wating for someone to contac me onthat i went to local store and bought a netspend prepaid debit card 4.95  had to put 20.00 on it and came home ** The purpose of that was to get a card at store level and then activate it on my current account so i could regain acess to my online profile and chage my information in my netspend profile maing address ect, 

I go to activate the card on line while i am logged into my current account  wont let me do  WHAT!!!  so here we go i add more cell hone time to my prepaid trafone 20.00 buck and called there customer service AGAIN!  here i go again explaning all the crap above to ye another stupid Netspend cusomer service agent that does not card will not listen and refused to let me speak to her supervisor  she would not activate the card to the current account and  said she would only activate the card under its own number but refused to link it to the account online that i have had with netpend for nearly 13 years!!!!!!!  so nhone ow im out 41.61 fraud  and im out 20.00 prepaid cell phone time and im out 4.95 fee for there stupid card that i bough at familydollar and the 20.00 i put on the temp card they refused to link to my current account and the 20.00 on the card is not worth 20.00 becase of all the tranactions fees they charge when you use it if it was linked to my current account and activated on that account  the fees would be mininal as i have the unlimted paln with the other card Fee 5.00 a month unlimited tranactions  so im getting royaly screwed Netspen here   So now im out the 41.61 fraud charge card fees for the temop card cell phone time  and so far about 20 plus hrs or my time on the phoe internet emails and tracking al this crap down with walmart also   and get this!!  Netspend was given notice that the charge by walmart.com was fraud! withing three 3 hours of it happing  they leave the walmart charge pending on my card the one they cancled and blocked and on the thrid day  they FREAKING paid walmart,com.  so i jump on them again and ask what the hell are you doing they say oh  we cant block that payment out to walmart.com so sorry but now that we have paid it if you would like you can now file a dispute to the charge  oh you have to be kidding my a*s no way.  You will get you replacement netspend card in the mail sir at you new and current address in 7-10 days you have be SH*** me!

so now im locked out of my account for 10days  screwed for fees fraud and a tempcard that i bought im out the fees that i used ot buy it  have no acess to my account and or money on netspend/metabank for 7-10 days  thank god the lord was watching out for me as the only money my home has coming in is disibilty thats all 720 a month thats all we live and manage out home on that little amoutn we dont complain about it at all we live within our means  had i not went to the walmart ATM/money machine prior to all this occuring with Netspend and Walmart.com  which i pulled th emoney to pay rent and utilities ect atm cash  we would be screwed and unable to pay rent ect becase Netspend locked my account up because of the bogus fraduglent charge on my netspend card paid to wlamart.com in ARK I am in Florida!!!!!!  my landlord woudl have put us out on the street this is a month to month household and one thing like this could destroy us  do you think NETSPEND cares hell no   they offered no fees back nothing and still charged me the 5.00 accoutn mainace fee on top of all there crap.  so now im out all the money i have spend so far on cell phon etime gas pure time on the net and in person and emails all nearing 250 plus dollars in the time aggravation travel phone calls emails and it just keep growing as i try to resolve this.  Netspend refused to track the IP address and or the tranaction ID termianl  the charge was made from refused to contact and coporate with walmart.com security to track the location IP address ect so they could locate the theif that did this to me  I asked them several times for the infomation so i could give that information to law enforcement netspend refused.  

Netspends answer to fraduglent charges is  we lock your account and even you out send a repelacement card to the wrong address  and pay the fraduglent charge !! then you can sit on your A** and wait file a dispute and sit on your A** and wait up to 30 days before the invetigation is done and mabey we will give you your money back  mabey get tossed out of your home have no money to pay you bill gas phone ect they dont give a crap they lock your account up NETSPEND there answer to the almost happing of getting evicted ect  due to ther blunders of so sorry thats policy THATS WHAT NETSPEND CSR told me  they dont give a crap that it takes nearly even dime of the 720 we get to keep afloat pay rent and the bills  and one screwup like what they are doing righ tnow this is still ongoing  with Netspend can put us in the strees homeless yes no BS. They have not offered to remeburse me any thing al h emoney i have spend so fair trying to clear the up let alone all the stress they have caused us frustration they dont give a flying crap.   so now here i sit with barley enough to pay the rent and electric bill  and thats it  the rest has been taken by walmart and Netspend fighting this and all the fees and time and phone calls and on and on  and Netspend  they dont give  crap   THEY PAID a fraduglent charge that they has notice on 3 hrs aftr it was and was pending on the payment they had two days to freeze the payment to walmart before they paid it they did not they paid it.  so i have filed a BBB complaint  a FTC complaint  and at this end of this i belive i am going to try and sue them both in federal courtfor a violation of my rights under the fair credit act and consumer laws. Its now way more than just the 41.61 fraud  its about the fact they had a chance to stop it before they paid it and the fact they pretty much told me to F*** off   NETSPEND listed my card as stolden  LOL  it was not stolden  i have it right here in my hands   my credit card information was used to make a illegal buy on walmart.com not by me and yes Netspend does violate federal law  the fair billing credit act  and they dont give a crap they call it thre policy

Maybe if you could learn how to spell you could get this resolved. They probably don't understand your emails, I could not really understand some of your report. Examples: wen, moroing, fraduglent, chrage, merly, eurgent, ire, concering, lloking, etc.
