I've been a customer of Netspend for several years now, honestly I think i opened my first acct in 2010. Well after using that card for a year they sent me the Premiere card, again no problem. So i've been using these two cards since then. Well my first card expired 1/14 but since I was in process of moving I didn't worry about it. I got my tax return (portion) put onto the expired card as well as the Premiere card. Well my thinking was hey that'll be a little savings account and when I get settled will have them send me a new card. Well I was wrong, I changed my address on one card but not the other, again no problem can always do it later.

I contacted Netspend to have them activate my new card they sent me when i did that, they asked for documents so  I was like don't worry about it just send out my replacement card that expired in Jan. they refused, I asked for someone in the US they said they couldnt' transfer me there, so I asked for supv they finally got someone name Mario from Austin who was very rude and refused to give me his Employee ID or anything also refused to give me his manager and insisted that he was the only one to help me. I stayed on the line and was transferred 3x to only get back to the same rude man again. I was furious I got almost 1500.00 in this acct that I was using as savings thats why i didnt rush to get the card when it expired.

The next day they blocked my other acct that had about 500.00 in it and now they refusing to close my acct and send me all my money until i send documents. You never can get to speak to someone in the U.S. they used American names but as they continue to talk that foreign accent because strong. I'm about to get me an attorney and sue them.
