I have a Pre-Paid Visa Debit Card with NetSpend Corp. in which I recieve my direct deposit from work on. I've currently had my card for over a year and I haven't had any issues. On 02/16/2011 my direct deposit hit my account and immediately aftewards a transaction for $1.00 & a 2nd debit transaction for $300.00 was debited from my account to P2P. I have no idea who or what is P2P and I never authorized this debit. I contacted customer service and they stated that someone has my account information & pin# which is false, my card has not been lost/stolen and has been in my possession at all times & no one not even my spouse has my pin number. I do not have money to just be wasted & I currently have to find a way to pay my bills due to this matter. I would like to report this matter to anyone who can help me out legally. I would'nt want this to happen to anyone else who has a anyone who has a pre-paid with the company. Please, Please, Please help me in getting to the bottom of this Fraudulant activity or scam that this company is having. Thanks
