I purchased a prepaid credit card, they started asking everytime for more personal information when I would refill the card after the 3rd time I said no they have not sent a permanent card with myu name yet and they were suppose to now the Idea was to save money since they do not charge as much as Greendot but the confusion is not worth the savings I have still had to use my Greendot card to pay these last bills so I called up and ask for a the rest of my money off the card they said they have to charge me to send me a refund so they refuse to refund my money that is left on the card
they said they can't send me my money without charging me 4.95 and all that is left on thed card 2.34 they have closed my account and will keep my money
