on november 2nd of 2006 i deposited to my netspend account from my websites paypal account. they suspended my netspend account. On november 3rd i spent about 4 hours on hold and eventually was told that the people that would handle that werent in.

I called back on the 4th and spent about 3 hours on hold until my cell phone died.

between work and the holidays i didnt get back around to calling them until december 21st.

on december 21st the guy said if i got a new card for $9.95 it would reactivate my account.

once my new card arrived i tried to register it and it said my account was still suspended.

after finally talking to someone and getting my account unsuspended i found out i was charged $9.95 on november 6th for having the netspend account that i couldnt access or use. $9.95 on december 6th for having the netspend account that i couldnt access or use.
and $9.95 for a new card that i didnt need.
