Netspend Keeping my tax return, Internet

I filed my tax return through Turbo Tax and selected the option of having my tax return deposited on a Netspend prepaid card.  Netspend received my tax return on March 13, 2013 and said that they needed to verify my identity before lifting a block so that I could withdraw money, I provided what documentation they requested than they claimed that I was no longer elgible for an account and that they sent my return back to the IRS which as of April 13, 2013 the IRS has not received it back.
