In July of 2001 I received a text message about a charge on my account. I called NetSpend one minute later to notify them that I did not make this charge. While I was on hold I received two more text messages about two other charges all from the same merchant in New York city totaling about $900.
They cancelled my card and issued another. I also called the merchant and told them. They were more helpful than NetSpend but did not do anything to stop the charges from being posted to my account.

I filed a dispute but have not heard anything about it yet. I sent an email to NetSpend to ask them something about the dispute and got a reply that had nothing to do with my question.

All I have to say is if NetSpend does not refund my money, I will get all of it back plus some. I have noticed a fault in their system and will screw them out of more money than they owe me.
