Complaint Review: NetSpend

NetSpend NetSpend was very disrespectful first of all second of all they lie. Like for example they told me today November 28th that my SSA benefits were going to be in for December in the automated system said November 29th and they kept on saying that the earliest date we would get SSA is the 28th and I spoke to somebody and they said they were going to have their supervisor fixed the automated system to say the 28th of November and they never did it. Hello my name is Brian Morton and I am writing this report to let you guys know that I have had nothing but problems with NetSpend ever since I changed from RushCard to NetSpend.

It topped it all off this time when they told me I was going to receive my Social Security my SSA on November 28th and the automated system kept on saying November 29th the earliest. Every time every month I have never had a problem since I've had NetSpend last year in June starting.

Every time they say the earliest I've always gotten my deposit on that day they say is the earliest. I've never had a problem until now. And not to explain they are taking money out of me they should not be taking and plus you're not supposed to be able to put a prepaid debit card in the negative and I was negative $10 this month for some reason.

They always take the $5 all whenever my money is gone and that is not fair. They should take the $5 out for the fee right when it is deposited so there is no problems. Ever since I had NetSpend I have been very disappointed with customer service.

I was very very satisfied with RushCard I don't know why I changed but starting the first of the year I'm going back to RushCard cuz I am not happy at all with NetSpend.... Dirt customer Brian Morton

 Netspend does not control any direct deposits, Netspend’s gives a date tang but the date range is not guaranteed. Be lucky Netspend is the only card that releases direct deposit the day they receive them! But as far as customer service there call center is not in America.

Yes I got very rude ones that just hung up on me! Netspend revoked my overdraft without notice! And that program is ending because of the US Government! Netspend lost a $480.00 cash deposit On 4/12/3017 i did at a store! I sent them my receipt and still have not heard from Them.
