i have been a net spend customer since 2007 and only just recently discovered that they had been stealing my money for quite some time. Recently, i just so happened to checkout my account online for the first time and when i looked back at my transaction history for the last year i saw that they had been charging this maintenance fee, in addition to other monthly fees several times a month. In some cases I was charged over $30 per month.

Well, I called their customer service line for help, and after spending about half an hour on hold I finally was connected to a "live" agent, who hardly spoke English. She couldn't understand me , nor could I her. After 2 hour phone discussion, I was conveniently hung up on.. I couldn't believe it and haven't been able to resolve it yet.

The next time I called I spoke with a young man who kept putting me on hold and coming back to the line asking "is there anything else?', to which I replied " yes, did you correct the problem?" and every time he would respond by asking me what the problem was?????!!!! I am so frustrated I cant even deal with it anymore! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
