NetSpend They took my 500.00 and said that they could not verify my account and now they are suppose send me a check for the money I loaded on a temporary card. I Internet

NETSPEND IS A RIPOFF YOU BUY A TEMPORARY CARD AND LOAD MONEY AND WHEN YOU TRY TO ACTIVATE IT THE SYSTEMS SAYS THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT.  CALL THEM AND YOU ARE ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TRYING TO REACH SOME ONE AND THEN THEY TELL YOU CAN NOT ACCESS THE MONEY YOU JUST LOADED AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO MAIL ME A CHECK WHEN I PAID CASH INSTANTLY AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO MAIL ME A CHECK BEHIND THEIR SORRY VERIFICATION PROCESS AND THE SAD PART IS I HAVE ANOTHER NET SPEND ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE NOT USED IN A WHILE NOW I SEE WHY I STOPPED USING THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE IT IS BETTER TO JUST DEAL WITH A BANK.  I HAD BETTER SERVICE FROM RUSH CARD THAN THIS COMPANY.....DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CHECK TOO!!!! TERRIBLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO YOUR OWN MONEY!!!!
