Complaint Review: netspend

netspend they want me to fax them copys of my id and social security card they were verey rude to me and never connected me to a suppervisor Internet

netspend is the worst company ever in the world i have had to fight with them all day to get put on hold three time s for at least an hour if not more to speak to a supervisor that never picked up..... they also want me to fax them my personal information such as my state id and my social security card .

i  feel that thais a way to be sett up for fraud as i have been a victim of fraud.

i talked to three different coustomer service reps and every time i asked to speak to a supervisor they would put me on hold and never would get to talk to a supervisor.the first rep that i spoke with at first refused to let me talk to a supervisor.

You need to file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office about this company. If people don't complain, those in charge of trying to keep the crooks in line will not know what is going on.

Keep complaining!!! there are numerous online consumer complaint website's.  Rip Off report should just be your starting gate. google 'consumer complaints'.

I am going to file my own complaint about my experiences with Netspend just as soon as I get enough info about them.
