Complaint Review: NetSpend

NetSpend This company has closed out my account with no notification after my fathjers death and has kept my money leaving me with nothing to live on and refuses to refund the the 487.00 they have stolen. Austin, Texas

My father was killed in December and because we have the same name they locked my account and I have contacted and sent them required documents that they requested to refund my money and close out the account and I am a diabetic that was in need of insulin and told them I needed this resolved right away and they said they would have someone call me back within 2 business days and it has been three weeks and 22 phone calls and all of the indian customer service people ( In India Not Texas with names like Rick and Justina) keep giving me a run around after faxing the papers over and over and over and they are not receiving them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR MONEY AND WILL KEEP DEDUCTING MONTHY FEES YET NOT LET YOU HAVE ANY OF YOUR OWN MONEY.
