They are trying to still my 88.10. I was at a store tried to purchase some items got to the register my card came up decline. I said that cant be correct so i called netspend while still in the store. They tried to tell me oh no the merchant got your money. The next day the merchant very cooperative showed me all of the transaction slips for 2/13/09 my transaction no where to be found. Since then i filed a dispute claim they told me they never received my fax over and over. They have giving me the run around for the longest something needs to happen can someone take this case or something and they are very unprofessional and don't want to give up the coperate office numbers they said they cant do that the manager told me that his name is ronald id#85919 they are horrible. Please everyone do not conduct business with these people. I really wish the news can expose these people and im willing to talk.
