STATEMENT FROM NETT SOLUTIONS:
The person who filed this report is a client. He did a search for a keyword that he thought he had in his adwords campaign with us. His website didn't appear in the search results so he wrote this review. When we saw this report, we contacted him and explained that he actually did not have that keyword in his campaign... which is why he did not show up. It was a misunderstanding on his part. He added a rebuttal to the complaint stating that all has been cleared up.

Carl Hagmier and kelly nelson along with their fraudulent cronies at nett solutions 65 Enterprise Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 info@nettsolutions.com (949) 330-7060 signed with us a contract for seo word placement or google resellers, we were promised it would be expanded search like pay per click but that was not the case, so we cancelled the contract, they will call and threaten you beware. please call us at 718 636 6746 if you need anymore details i would be more than happy to talk to you about this and give you a little education we learned about keyword placement. whatever is written about them on this site from other people is 100% true, our problem was we did not believe what was written and we got in to a mess with them, they are not honest, fair or in anyway decent people just keep away. they say they have all these customers but i doubt this is true, looking back at the emails we had with them they were hiding details all along, i really dont like saying this about people but their staff are trained by carl hagmier to be deceitful hide details they make sure not to write anything on email but they will call you and promise you the world, but when it comes to email they will be short just take a look at your questions answered via phone and email. and again anyone wishing to call us we will be more than happy to discuss and give you all that we learned about this market. The earlier posting I made concerning Only Mannequins can be dismissed. There was a misunderstanding that has since been corrected. Only Mannequins and Henry Rivkin are an honest operation who DOES pay it's bills. I would have no problem doing business with them again.

there was a misunderstanding in the contract and had it reasonably taken care of.
i was very impressed with carl hagmier's professionalism and personally started liking the guy, sorry this got a little personal but were all fine and settled now.
anyone that is having an issue just speak with carl hagmier i found him to be very nice and professional.

"Joe" and Only Mannequins are not being truthful. Nett Solutions provides guaranteed Top 3 Sponsored Placement on Google & Yahoo! We do not guarantee placement on their affiliates (which is what I assume he means by "expanded search"), as neither we nor Google/Yahoo! can control where these affiliate search engines place you. Our contract clearly states the placement is guaranteed on Google and Yahoo! and that you will be submitted to their affiliates but no placement guarantee. Since Google & Yahoo! are the main search engines, it isn't even an issue - except for "Joe."
We have an "A" rating from the BBB and have NEVER been sued. We do what we say we will do, which is to place you in the top 3 Sponsored Results of Google & Yahoo! We don't promise sales and we don't promise a certain number of "hits."
"Joe" is not being truthful. They tried to bail out of their contract early because they are having financial problems. Normally, we would work with a business in that case, but instead they started making false statements and threats (like making this posting). As a result, we have sued them (Civil case 30-2009-00117047-CU-BC-CJC) in Orange County, California Superior Court.
