I received a call from Craig Garand, Sales Representative, Nett Solutions, inquiring about my business web site. Did I want to drive more potential customers to my web site on the Internet? I said of course. Then he launched into an explaination of how Nett Solutions could assist me in doing so by placinmg "key words" in the "Top 3 Spots" on Goggle, Yahoo, and Bing for a "Flat Monthly Fee" rather than a "Pay-Per-Click." We discussed my business and what keywords might be appropriate.
When I asked the cost for this using the four keywords we agreed on, he said it would cost me $6,500 per month. Since my current income averages less than that, I immediately told him that wasn't possible. He then asked me how much I could afford, I said no moe than $1,000 per month, and I really can't afford that, but was willing to consider it if he could demonstrate how it would increase my business. . He said he would "work up a proposal with keywords" based on that amount and get back to me, but wanted to know that, if he could, was there any reason for me not to sign right away. I told him that I would want business references and to check out company reviews. He said that I could go to his company's web site and read testimonials.
After we spoke, I orf course, Googled "Nett Solutions Reviews" and went to RipOffReports and read the "testimonials" here. Scam report after scam report after scam report. Needless to say, thanks guys, for helping me to decide to stay away from this company.
