For 6 months I have called to fix complaints of poor voice quality issues. Tech support is difficult to reach. I have held in cue for up to one hour without getting a person to answer. They are trying to sell more new devices and don't have enough support for those they have already sold. I have sent e-mail and opened up trouble tickets. They take days to respond and then only to ask for more questions or to do something like disconnect power and reconnect-THIS HAS NOT CURED THE PROBLEM. The device is unusable in it's present form.  I have asked for a refund or replacement and they instead hide behind "we need to do more trouble shooting". They have been paid in advance and I feel they have an obligation to an existing customer. This company is lacking in moral fiber - to dis customers after you have their money is no way to have them say I love you.
