NetTVbroadcasts False advertising on their website. They state 7 day money back guarantee and don't live up to that promise! Not Disclosed Internet
On April 10, 2008 I signed up for TV on the internet service through Net TV Broadcasts. It required a credit card to charge the amount of $61.90 to my card in order to used their service.
The reception is very poor to use their product so I e-mailed them the same day to cancel my subscription. Their e-mail address given in their "Contact Us" is not a working e-mail address. Instead I received an e-mail from noreply@marketbillc.om. It stated that the company does not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered.
I responded back reminding them of their 7 day money back guarantee and demanding a full refund immediately. To this date they keep saying they will only credit a portion of the charge. I have yet to see any credit to my account.
I have learned that I will never again sign up for anything on the internet unless a physical address and telephone number for the company is given and I, first of all, check with the local attorney general's office for any complaints filed against the company. I will only deal with familiar reputable companies from now on.
Please make your readers aware of this bogus company.
