Network Capital Funding Matthew Alexander misled, delayed, and fees higher than advertised Irvine, California
I dealt with Matthew Alexander from Network Capital Funding and in the beginning told him my situation and he got my loan approved from underwriting after my credit check and paycheck stubs were sent. He than came back two weeks later and said he would need clearer paycheck stubs and other documents and I said why after two weeks he said I know I can read them and blamed it on underwriting and blamed the delays on underwriting saying they got more than they can handle. Why I am paying for their problem? We finally closed the loan and the payoff amount on the hud was 200.00 more than was really needed, but he tried to get and extra 1,200 out of me at settlement. I refused and he changed the hud and settlement took place it has been almost two weeks and my loan is still not paid off. I really don't trust these people and their fees are very high. They advertise on the radio and proimise the moon and in reality deliver garage and frustration. I should have checked on here first, because after reading all these negitive reveiws I would never recomend them or use them again.
They also don't follow up when they say they will. I am still waiting as to why they haven't paid off my old loan.

revised report on Network Capital Funding
#2Author of original report
Wed, September 15, 2010
I may have over reacted on my initial report. Hector Estrada contacted me and is a supervisor at network captial funding and listened to my complaint and promised to solve the issues and report back to me in 48hrs. Well, he did just that and his word was his bond in that all he promised he delivered so far. I am now happy and was told what happened was not standard SOP, but with the flood of re-financing going on and over 500 loans that they are working on it took just a little longer.
My initial complaint was not primarly agaisnt Matthew Alexander, as much as the underwriting department, but since Hector, Matthews boss explained the situation to me and delivered as promised and the fact that the industry is experiencing a high volume of Re-financing which I can understand I am happy and would give them a chance in the future for my business
