The following letter is written to explain to you the BIG HURDLE that we are trying to cross because our claim CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT - NETWORK CLAIMS SOLUTIONS (239-243-8746; info@networkclaimssolutions.com; fax: 866-826-4344) sending out their adjuster to supplement this claim. This according to a letter sent to me by MAPFEstating whether the damaged is found to be water related or not, the adjuster must go out to write the report. So far over the phone only 1 of 6 autos was done! The other autos that have been deemed flood damaged need to have an adjuster go out to the shop to document this.the shop has spoken to one Larry Clark and is still waiting for him to show I believe the claims company and the adjusting company are in collusion.and so my claim is at a stand still WHILE I PAY MY CLAIM TO MAPFE EVERY MONTH!..My name is Mona and I can be reached at 772-985-2186...my company is Azak Auto and the claim number is 20120425 5000 188.We have insurance coverage with one company called: MAPFRE USA. 1-877-372-9836 and 305-529-2000 and 1-877-372-9836 Extension 15365. On August 26 and 27 of this year there was a flood called Isaac that affected our auto dealership in Fort Pierce, badly. Our cars were flooded.

The insurance company sent out an adjuster many days later and he informed us he will instruct the company to have us changed the carpeting. He also informed us that we should go ahead and sell these autos as flood damaged! Since the only thing the insurance could do was to have us cleaned and re-carpet these autos.
Now there was water in cars as high as the seat. This happened around the second day of the flood. Later I was told by at least two mechanics that water had likely gone into the computers and possible engines and transmissions.
A week or two after we realized that some of these cars could not drive....or drives and shuts off... it seemed sure enough that water found its way into areas that created some kind of problem.

We got these cars inspected by mechanics BUT the insurance later sent a letter stating they want the cars to be inspected by A LICENSED CERTIFIED SHOP IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. We complied...on one of the autos that runs and shuts off...the problem has not been found yet. On another car we were told that the TPS was the problem (throttle position sensor) and that's why there was so much codes that was being given off. We had changed TPS & MASTER AIR FLOW in an attempt to fix the car AND THIS HAD NOT HELPED BEFORE. Regarding this, the shop told us that it is likely the part is defective.
Three more autos were sent out and these were found to be damaged as a result of the water....THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THE ADJUSTER IS TO COME OUT AND WRITE A SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT....HERE IS THE PROBLEM- HE NEVER EVER KEEPS HIS WORD SINCE WEEKS OF BEING TOLD ABOUT A SUPPLEMENT...DONT ANSWER EMAIL, IF ONE IS LUCKY TO GET HIM ON THE PHONE HE MAKES AND APPOINTMENT AND DONT KEEPS IT OR SAID IT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR HIM TO COME OUT! EVEN THOUGH MAPFRE SENDS TELLS US THAT HE SHOULD! AND WHAT'S WORSE THE INSURANCE SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR TOWING ETC....HIDE AND SEEK....ITS AS IF THEY CERTAINLY HAVE CALLER ID AND HIDES FROM US THE CUSTOMER!!!! If We gets their email and leave a message IT IS NOT RETURNED!! Its hard to ever speak with Paul Coleman at extension 15365 who is suppose to be the supervisor.

TWO MONTHS AFTER THE FLOOD AND MAPFRE IS STILL, I BELIEVE, PLAYING A GAME! WHY IS MAPFRE ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA OR ANY OTHER STATE FOR THAT MATTER IF THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW OR MAY BE IN COLLUSION WITH THE FIELD ADJUSTER TO WIGGLE OUT OF OR ENGAGE IN DRAGGING OUT A CLAIM TO RIGHTFULLY NOT PAY IT?
WE ARE CUSTOMERS, NOT BEGGARS, AND WE HAVE TO NOT ONLY PAY OUR PREMIUM BUT WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME! SO WHY DONT THEY ADDRESS A CLAIM-WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME- REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE GOING TO PAY THE CLAIM?
