 On May 27, I signed up for credit services for me and my wife, and when speaking with Jesse, he informed me, that base on both files with me and my wife, that it would be 30 days, granted a few of my wife's things came off, but not all and as far as my file, nothing came off. I called Jesse to inquire, so at first no response, left messages and to no avail nothing, so finally after 2 weeks, I spoke with him and ask the status, so he inquired to see that nothing was done to my file, he did inform me, that based on what we initially discussed, as far as the time frame, that I would get a refund, but nothing and still nothing, as far as my file and my wifes file and no refund granted. Do not do business with them, as you will be extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism. Buyers beware!
