Complaint Review: Network Solutions Monster Commerce

September 2009. Do NOT use Network Solutions Monster Commerce Shopping Cart ECommerce Software. This company is INCOMPETENT and WRECKLESS. I was originally using Monster Commerce. It was a great system with outstanding support. I have an extensive computer background. Then, Network Solutions purchased Monster Commerce. The system has degraded to the point where it is no longer usable. Many long-time users are complaining and want to get off of this system. Network Solutions has repeatedly Dropped our Email, Dropped our Website, Deleted our Account, made changes without letting us know. They have been unresponsive to requests from large numbers of users regarding problems with their system.

Today, our website was COMPLETELY DELETED. I finally had to register this complaint to warn other prospective users not to use Network Solutions. We transact alot of business and a lot of dollars. This level of support and continued outages is just unacceptable.
