If you are planning on registering a Domain name, do yourself a favor and avoid Network Solutions like a plague. If you register your domain with them there will come a point when it is time for you to renew. They will hold your domain name, basically for hostage in a way that forces you to renew with them at a price that is at least double what you can get the same service for by a host of other providers. Not only that, if you want to make any sort of change to your account information, they make you jump through hoops.
You have to go to their sight and read through a bunch of cryptic directions. They use a bunch of acronyms that you have to spend a couple of hours trying to figure out the meaning to. Then you send them an e-mail requestiong help. After a day or two they will send you back an e-mail form with more instructions.
After you do what they ask, they will send you another e-mail, (at their leisure, probably another day or two), telling you if the record was changed or if something is not to their liking. At which point you have to start the process all over again. It could take you weeks to get account information for your website changed. I could go on and on, but just do yourself a favor and avoid Network Solutions.
