You can try to call them, you may try to e-mail them THEY WILL NOT PICK UP.

Network Solutions is one of those nice web sites that offer you a ton of services. It looks good, it might make you feel safe, but truth is the service is not just lacking, you will never get what you want.  That includes TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE.

If you unfortunately have an account with them be prepared for hours on the phone with no answer. If you are lucky an outsourced rep in INDIA will pick up the phone and after questioning you infinitely will try to transfer you to the "right" department, of which you will never hear or read about ever again. My personal record on the phone was 2 hours 45 minutes on the first call and 1 hour 22 mins on my second try. Both to no avail. E-mail support will give you an "aknowledgement e-mail" but no answer will come after that.

If you happen to read through their service agreement, which rivals the length of a small town's phonebook.

Do not be mislead by appearences this "service" will rip you off  with a smile. Read the forums, find out about their double, triple and quadruple billings before you even come close. The whole site is there for show, reliability is a mess and compatibility plain out sucks.

I'm an all-time geek guys, no uneducated or inexperienced user here. Even when their service appears to make it really really easy to build your website, it will make it very, very hard to accomplish it the way you need it and it will be even HARDER to get rid of.

So if unfortunately you happen to already be in an unhappy customer, take a chill pill, make sure to read through the thin lines in your service agreement before you try anything, wait out an hour or more on the phone (if you manage to get through the automated system correctly) and cross your fingers till the right rep picks up your call. If ever...
