Complaint Review: Network Solutions

All I wanted to do is move my domain & email from Network Solutions to Google. It took the first day 3 hours and I was not done. Network Solutions kept dropping me from web address page. Finally I called in to Network Solution. They said there was system maintanance going on and I should try again.

I had had enough the first day. So the next day I back on the Network Solutions Manage account page and back to the web address page now get an error saying "We're sorry but we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again or select from the options below" I again called the 877-307-1435 number they tell again there is system maintanance. Do they really have system maintanance two days in a row? I think they do not want me to move to Google. Their email is snail mail,it takes forever to load a photo or a file. I am stuck I paid in advance for 5 years. I use it only to receive emails and outbound anymore. I use Google & Yahoo. They are fantastic. In short works get your domain registered thru Go Daddy and then transfer it to Google at no charge.Keep away from Network Solutions.
