Complaint Review: Network Tallahassee

I guess I should have checked, nobody told me the Circus was in Town!

I,ve never Dealt with a bigger Bunch Of clowns then I ran into at Network Tallahassee.

These *&*& tell lies, like Rodney Dangerfield told jokes very fast and one right after another. it all started simple enough get the internet for my children who live in Florida around Tallahassee for Christmas.

Then bill me here in utah simple right? Wrong not with Network Tallahassee involved it isnt.

The internet service did not work it came up error after error. over the process of a few days and many many expensive long distance phone calls to The Kids, to Network Tallahassee, being told it was everything from the modem in the computer, to the dogs water dish that was causing the problem. to finally being told that they were incompatible with the second hand phone system provider that the kids had in there home.

Wait what was that the great Network Tallahassee Inc incompatible now im sure when they were first talking to me they said no problem we can be used on "any" phone system now they dont remember saying that. (like this is any kind of a suprise) now its changed to most phone systems when I call.

when I had a friend call he was told they could hook him up no problem to any phone system. I ve been in this business along time and things happen. I wasnt blameing anyone but I didnt feel I should pay the install fee and pay for a month of service however they didnt see it this way (install Fee heres a Joke takes less than 2 min if you can type enter in name address username password done not rocket sience I have nothing against them I charge them myself Im just bitter) anyway back to the facts.

I finally agreed to pay more money to a company who provided nothing but long distance charges and disapointed children. I said I would pay the install fee to these nasty little smeagle/golum like characters. they agreed to send me a bill.

True to there word they did and on it was the exact amount of the install fee along with the first months service and the total for the next months service can you say *&*&. so another long distance call to be told the manger was gone to callback and callback. I did each time. I stated who I was the manager was either on another line out for the day or on vacation the typical crap they think we all belive when were getting brushed off.

finally the billing dept contacted me. I explained it to them and they assured me they would get it straightend out. have not heard from them for over a year no bill no phone call nothing. thought maybe the company realized all they had done was cost me money and were looking to make amends. "NOT" Went to finance a new car for my wife this christmas and low and behold big black mark on my credit from guess who those worthless scumbags at Network Tallahassee.

Now this was an underhanded stomp your feet throw a temper tanturam and snivle, along with deciptful way of doing Business. however im not to bitter. I saw a game in the childrens section at Target the other day called PLAY OFFICE. it even has a little pen set with instructions on good business practice, that covers such non essential things like fair dealings, morals customer relations and how to grow a Backbone.
