Netzero Fraudulent Billing, will not return monies Internet

Account closed in Feb 02 after 2 days of use (their service sucks), they billed up thru Jul 02, caused overdraft fee of $29 in Mar 02, promised to refund $49.75 to credit card after they admitted to error

it has been more than a month, credit card was charged another $29 overdraft fee in Jul 02. Their $49.75 error has now cost me an additional $58 and they have not offered to reimburse the monies.

Now, I'm out $107.75 and the money is not yet back into my account. Whenever I call them I burn up my cell minutes and they place on hold longer than AOL and the person tells me that a supervisor will call.

The other night a supervisor called and asked "what about the check you sent to us??" I said "you must have me confused, you owe me" he said "I'm sorry just a minute OH your credit card was refunded this afternoon" - GUESS WHAT - It still isn't in there and I am on a limited income.
