NetZero Internet Services a big fat Zero for service
I tried to initiate ISP service from Netzero... their download process was too confusing... now I cant cancel the service or get credit to my credit card.
The elderly are handicapped if they dont know the computer language and these companies talk in their language. A ripoff to the customer.
