NetZero Ripoff Charged For Long Distance Charged my phone bill long distance charges then lied about taking them off Internet

I signed up for NetZero in Jan of 2007. We sat for many hours trying to get the internet to connect. After 3 days I called and had them cancel the service. They tryed to convince me to stay by offering my $20 service for just $6. I should have known then that something wasn's right. After the service was canceled I received a bill for long distance charges that totaled over $300. I called a representative who said NetZero would pay for the charges since the only connect around my city was unavailable. I recently received an email from NetZero saying that they were not going to pay because in the fine print it says to call your phone company to make sure these are not long distance phone numbers. I can see now why the service was cheap.
