netzero gone crooked/ripoff,
i really dislike having to go to this extreme and file a report, but netzero has left me no other choice.

i ordered there new 4g device and choose a plan,while placing the order i was not told about any non-refundable fee's, i was surprised there was a extra charge of $23.42 for  shipping & handling fee's,the device was $25 plus $23.42  totall $48.42, which was charged to my card.i did not recieve it until 1-5-12, well everything was fine until that evening and i'm locked out, i have to choose a new plan, what ?, i called netzero they told me i used up my plan, i didn't even have it  12hours,they gave me a extra 512mb time,which boils down to 20hours a month,

oh no this isn't right, $50 bucks for 20 min,no, i disconected there device and put it back inthe box,waited til monday morning 1-7-12,i call netzero back canceled my service and promised by a comfirmation number i would recieve a full refund as soon i shiped back the device,which i did by priority mail with delivery comfirmation,a extra $7 out o9f my pockect. i waited for 5 days and called them back to see about my refund, they confirmed that they got it on the 10th and i would get my full refund as soon as they got there system updated,3 days goes by,

i call back, now i get told that i'm only getting back the $25 for device and the extra fee of $23.42 was not refundable, oh no i said that is not exceptale, i have a comfirmation of a full refull, the now my refund is being reneged on,the higher ups are not going to give a full refund, i said thats crooked and not exceptable, and now the are saying they have recieved the device, and i have reciept from the post office ,so at this time currently i have not recieved any refund and all i'm getting now is bs.

now i'm thinking that netzero has gone bad,turnned crooked, and i must warn the world of there dishonest acts, deliberatly ripping off the consumers,don't buy or do business with netzero, they appear to have gone bad,so consumers beware,netzero has joined forces with the devil,dishonest,deceptive,or plain crooked.

do not give them your money you may not get it back,beware !
