Neu Tradition Millwork in Holyoke, Massachussetts is owned and run by Kurt Schubach. I contracted Neu Tradition Millwork, Inc to construct and deliver two sets of custome made driveway gates made of cellular PVC on June 2011. After many months of delays and project mistakes, Kurt Schubach claims that they are unable to complete the project as promised. We have been playing phone tag and emailing each other with tremendous difficulty and avoidance on Kurts part. Two years have gone by and his promise to return any or all money has been deceiptful and purposely avoided with excuse after excuse. I have no choice to commence a legal proceeding and protect myself against this contract breech.
I have given Neu Traditions Millwork and its owner/operertor many chance to redeem itself with fair warning only to be dissapointed many, many times. I will never do business again with this company and do not recommend them !
